Who is Coaching For


It’s lonely at the top. It isn’t uncommon for leaders to work in a solo environment without a confidant to bounce ideas around. A coach can provide a sounding board, help discover new ways of being and uncover blind spots to unleash even more powerful leadership skills.

What might this look like:

  • Being a visionary and guiding and empowering your people on where to go and how to get there
  • Being authentic and working in alignment with your values
  • Being Emotionally Intelligent - knowing how you manage yourself, how you deal with what happens to you and how well you deal with other people.


A good manager will diagnose the individual or group in terms of their readiness to perform and provide them with the direction, guidance or supportive behaviour necessary to enable them to take the ball and run with it.

The five aspects of empowerment are:

  • Developing the right strategy to reach the goals and objectives of the organization
  • Implementing that strategy with the right people in the right place at the right time
  • having the knowledge and know how to make the right decision and the wisdom to know when to make changes
  • Carrying the right energy to be a leader and bringing that energy forth to ignite people’s fire to deliver great results and believe in what needs to be done
  • Integrity - basing of one's actions on an internally consistent framework of values and principles that brings respect and results.

Young adults often struggle with communicating and finding their way.
